Prices and delivery choices

Prices are in Australian dollars. The Hidden Bone is not registered for GST and does not charge GST. Eligible delivery options, shipping charges and the final total are shown before payment. You must select a delivery method; availability depends on the cart, destination and delivery eligibility. We do not silently split your cart.

Courier preparation and delivery estimates

We aim to prepare paid orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Allow additional time for courier collection availability, collection cutoffs and operational delays. Courier transit is separate from order preparation. A quote is not a confirmed freight booking; we arrange bookings manually after payment.

Where Transdirect returns a recognised one-business-day transit estimate, we display approximately 3–5 business days from payment confirmation. This is THB’s conservative estimated delivery window, not a courier guarantee. We preserve the original provider transit estimate separately. We do not invent a numeric delivery window where the provider estimate is unknown or ambiguous.

Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. Collection cutoffs, public holidays, destination and operational delays can affect delivery. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Contact admin@thehiddenbone.com.au if you have a timing requirement before ordering.

Free Local Delivery

Free Local Delivery is available only for approved suburb, postcode and state combinations, with a minimum product subtotal of A$20. Eligible orders have a A$0 delivery charge. Eligibility is checked at checkout; an address outside the approved list is not eligible.

Local deliveries are made by the store operator in her own vehicle, with an estimated timeframe of 1–3 business days from payment confirmation. This is separate from courier transit estimates and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Local delivery: Authority to Leave

Free Local Delivery uses Authority to Leave by default: you do not normally need to be home. We leave orders only in a reasonably safe, sheltered place. If a suitable place is unavailable, we contact you rather than leave the order somewhere unsuitable.

There is no checkout option to opt out of Authority to Leave. If unattended delivery is unsuitable or you have special delivery circumstances, email admin@thehiddenbone.com.au before paying to discuss arrangements. Authority to Leave does not remove your Australian Consumer Law rights.

Restrictions and delivery problems

Some products may be Local Delivery Only. A cart containing a Local Delivery Only item cannot use courier delivery and must meet the local-delivery locality and minimum-spend rules. Courier delivery also requires suitable packaging. If no delivery method is available, contact us before payment.

Check your delivery details before requesting options and paying. Contact admin@thehiddenbone.com.au promptly about incorrect details, missing deliveries or damage. We assess problems and provide remedies required by law; delivery estimates and Authority to Leave do not exclude consumer guarantees.
